Welcome to Zetar.
Our company set up in 2005, by that time we only focus on precise injection molds making. So we have CNC, EDM, Wire cutting, Milling, drilling and grinding machines in house.
To satisfy demand for plastic injection molded parts from our customers, we set up injection molding line in 2010, by that time P&G was our biggest customer. We provide all kinds of plastic packing material for them. Now, we have total 26 injections from 90T-1100T which can handle precision micro sized parts and large injection molded parts up to 5800g.
You see we are in Shanghai, a lot of oversea companies set up buying office in Shanghai, and that bring us some chances as well. To support these business and develop more chances, we set up Zetar on 2013 as international business department mainly for oversea business.
More than this, Zetar now has very strong sales team with more than 15 English speakers which can ensure fluent communication in a effective and timely manner. More important we have 6 experienced engineers and some of them can also speak English.
Our vast knowledge base allows us to provide one-stop service including: Product design, materials selection, prototyping, mold design, injection mold making, injection molding, LOGO printing, related parts sourcing, packing material sourcing, assembly, packing as well as door to door delivery. - normally for injection molding,our mold tool moq is one piece and for mass production of parts,our MOQ is 1000 pcs,but we can accept small batch,so no worries ,just there would be small batch cost 100$ each mold if quantities are lower than 1000 pcs
- What payment methods do you accept
- We accept Paypal,TT through bank,Alipay,L/C if payment amount is big,cash if pay when we meet in person
- Do you provide samples
- After the mold is completed, we will send 3-5 free samples to you for inspection and confirmation. After confirming the quality of the samples, we will proceed with mass production according to the samples. If we need more samples than the free sample quantity, we will need to charge an additional sample fee.
- What formats of drawings can you handle?
- We can handle STEP,STP,IGS,X-T format,if have these would be perfect. Beside these,we can also handle STL,PDF,DWG,DWX and pictures with sizes.
- How long does it take for mold opening and sample production?
- For conventional mold sizes below 500 * 500 * 500mm, it takes about 30-35 days to open the mold, including the time to produce the first sample. For larger mold sizes, it is necessary to confirm the mold opening and sampling time with the engineer.
- What is the lifespan of the mold?
- Based on different mold materials, the lifespan of the mold varies. The material we quoted without special requirements is 2738, and the mold life is 300000 to 500000 molds. The lifespan of the P20 mold is around 200000 mold cycles. The lifespan of the 45 steel mold is around 100000 mold cycles. 718 and 2738 are similar. A reasonable quotation for mold materials can also be provided based on the production quantity. The mold number refers to the number of times the mold is opened and closed. If

- Both Pantone color cards and RAL color cards can be made
- Is the material food grade? Does it meet FDA certification?
- Not all materials are food grade, and not all food grade materials are FDA certified.Generally, PP materials are food grade, and other materials need to be confirmed.Attention: Food grade does not mean that the material can be consumed, but rather that there will be no harmful substances present in the material after long-term contact with food or the body.
- Can you do the design?
- Yes. We have 8 engineers and 4 product designers, some of whom are proficient in product structure design, while others are skilled in mold design. In addition, if it is only a simple product design, such as a relatively simple structure that is not time-consuming, we can provide free design services. If complex product structure or mold design is required, it is necessary to confirm the required working hours with the engineer and report the design cost. The design fee can be refunded or deduc
